The location was absolutely fantastic, with the metro just around the corner and a wide variety of food and drink options within walking distance. The cleanliness of the place was average, but the surprising comfort of the sofa bed made up for it. Although the kitchen was small, it was functional and had everything we needed for our short stay. Despite the unpredictable AC/heater, the flat-screen TV provided some entertainment during the hot nights. a good place to stay if you're primarily focused on exploring the city and not relying heavily on the apartment's amenities.

The rooms were absolutely cozy and homey, making it feel like our own little Parisian apartment. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing us to whip up some quick meals whenever we wanted. The flat-screen TV with cable channels provided great entertainment during our downtime. The bathroom with bathrobes was a delightful touch, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The parquet floors in the units gave them a charming and rustic feel.
Personally, I would have preferred a separate oven instead of just a microwave in the kitchenette.

The cleanliness of the place was okay-ish, and the owner was helpful in communication and providing advice. the facilities were above and beyond what we expected, with a coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen.
The room was not what we booked, with a sofa bed instead of a regular bed. There was no laundry machine, despite it being advertised on the website.

The unit we stayed in at Le Poissonniere was absolutely cozy and felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing quick snacks and meals during our stay. We loved the flat-screen TV with cable channels in our unit, perfect for a family movie night. The private bathroom with free toiletries made us feel pampered and relaxed. The parquet floors in the units added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Having an oven in our apartment was a wonderful bonus for baking and cooking needs.
Personally, I found the living room sofa bed to be a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

The room at Le Poissonniere was cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen where I could whip up a quick meal. And the flat-screen TV with cable channels made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring Paris. The private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of the room. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the parquet floors that minimized any noise disturbance during the night.
Personally, I found the presence of an oven in the apartment a bit unnecessary for my needs. But hey, I understand that others might find it useful for their cooking preferences.
